Plans & Pricing
What plans do you offer and what do they cost?
Three families: Premium (1 device, +34,000 live channels, +142,000 VOD — £10/1mo to £120/36mo), 4K Ultra (1 device, true UHD, +192,000 VOD — £15/1mo to £150/36mo), and Multi-Screen Family (2–5 simultaneous screens — from £18/1mo). Every price is on the subscription page; none have hidden fees.
Which plan should I choose?
One TV, best value: Premium 12 months (£55). 4K TV and film-focused: 4K Ultra (£70/yr). Household with simultaneous viewers: Multi-Screen (2 screens £95/yr). Undecided: start with the £10 month and upgrade with the tenner credited.
Are there contracts or auto-renewals?
Neither. You prepay a period; it ends when it ends. We send a WhatsApp reminder a week before expiry and you decide. No exit fees, no retention scripts, no stored payment authority.
Can I upgrade or add screens mid-subscription?
Anytime — you pay only the pro-rated difference for your remaining period, and changes apply within minutes via the chat.
Trials & Ordering
How does the £10 trial work?
Message us on WhatsApp, tell us your device, and we'll set up the 1-month £10 trial: the full Premium service for thirty days on one device, credited against your plan if you upgrade to annual. Your login arrives in minutes.
How do I order — there's no checkout on the site?
Deliberately. Every order happens on WhatsApp: tap a green button, the message pre-fills with your plan, we send a secure card/PayPal payment link, and your login arrives in 5–15 minutes. The same chat is your support line forever after.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal via secure payment links — with full buyer protection. We never ask for bank transfers or cryptocurrency, and you should treat any IPTV seller who does as a red flag.
How fast is activation?
5–15 minutes from payment to login, 24/7 — the activation team is the support team, so there's no hand-off queue. Ordering at half-time and watching the second half is routine.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — a 7-day money-back guarantee on every plan: if we can't fix a genuine service problem in your first week, you're refunded. Details in the refund policy. After 7 days, verified downtime is credited to renewals.
Devices & Setup
What devices does HiperTV work on?
Effectively all of them: Firestick/Fire TV, Samsung & LG Smart TVs, Android boxes, Apple TV, iPhone/iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows, Mac and MAG boxes. The setup guide covers each in ~5 minutes.
Is setup difficult? I'm not technical.
If you can install a phone app, you can do this — and if you'd rather not, we set you up live over WhatsApp for free: you read out what's on screen, we tell you what to press, channels play. It's included with every plan and trial.
What internet speed do I need?
15–25 Mbps for HD, 25–35 Mbps for 4K, per simultaneous stream — under the UK average. Wire the main TV with Ethernet if possible; most buffering is Wi-Fi, not broadband.
Can I install on multiple devices?
Install everywhere, yes — the plan limits simultaneous streams, not installations. Single-device plans play on one screen at a time; Multi-Screen plans on 2–5 at once.
Which IPTV player app should I use?
Per device: IBO Player on Smart TVs and Firesticks, TiviMate on Android boxes, iPlayTV on Apple TV, Smarters anywhere as the free universal option. The full comparison — or just ask the chat and we'll name your best pick.
Channels & Sport
What channels are included?
The complete UK line-up (BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Sky entertainment, digital channels), all Sky Sports and TNT, movies, kids, news, documentaries and ~30,000 international channels — every category in every plan. Full breakdown on the UK IPTV channels list.
Do you really show 3pm Saturday kick-offs?
Every fixture, every round — carried on international broadcast feeds since UK channels are prohibited from showing them. It's the most-loved feature we have. How it works.
Are boxing and UFC PPV events extra?
No — event channels carry the big fight nights at no extra charge. Sky charges £19.95–24.95 per event; two fights a year covers our entire annual plan price.
Is there an EPG (TV guide) and catch-up?
Yes — a GMT/BST-correct 7-day guide across the line-up, and rolling catch-up on major UK channels. Both work on every supported device.
The Awkward Questions
Is IPTV legal in the UK?
The technology is fully legal (Sky Glass is IPTV). UK enforcement targets sellers and operators of infringing services, not viewers — but content licensing has genuine grey areas you should understand before buying from anyone. We wrote the honest guide precisely because most pages on this topic are spin in one direction or the other.
Do I need a VPN?
No — the service runs fully without one. Some users add one for privacy or to beat ISP peak-time throttling; it's optional and explained honestly here. Any seller who requires a VPN deserves a sceptical eyebrow.
Do I still need a TV Licence?
The licence applies to watching live broadcasts (any delivery method) and BBC iPlayer — that's between your household and TV Licensing, unchanged by how the signal arrives. Rules at tvlicensing.co.uk.
What happens if HiperTV has problems or disappears?
Fair question to ask anyone in this market. Our answers: operating since 2019 under one name, card/PayPal payments keep your buyer protection, monthly plans cap your exposure while we earn trust, and the 7-day guarantee covers the first week. We'd rather you start small and stay years — 68% of subscribers are renewals.

Question Not Here? The Chat Knows.
Real humans, median reply under 5 minutes, 24/7 — ask anything, including the awkward stuff. Or skip straight to the free trial and let the service answer for itself.
